Actuated Ceiling Inlets
Actuated inlets’ open status is most often controlled by pre-programmed electronic controllers for better accuracy and better control of the ventilation system.

Adjust-A-Baffle™ Systems

From the originators of the plastic adjustable air baffle comes the most versatile baffle type air delivery system available. Adjust-A-Baffle™ is constructed using one-inch thick polystyrene with a rugged plastic coating fastened to UV stabilized PVC channels, making any size a possibility.

Non-Actuated Ceiling Inlets
Non-actuated inlets are opened automatically by the negative static pressure supplied by exhaust fans.

Bi-flow Ceiling Inlets
Each unit has a high-quality plastic housing. The polyurethane baffles and stainless steel hardware make this a totally corrosion-proof piece of equipment. These bi-flow inlets comein two sizes; 1000 CFM and 2700 CFM. They are also available with a laminated baffle for easy cleaning. Adjustable locking lever allows the unit to be shut off or restricted as needed. This inlet is designed to have air travel along the ceiling in winter, yet have the ability to be directed at the livestock in the summer. Insulation stops are included to make framing easy.

C-2000 Ceiling Air Inlet
This ceiling inlet, made of ABS plastic, can be used year round. As a result of the inlet’s four-sided feature, room temperature is more consistent and air distribution is improved. The C-2000 is insulated, therefore reducing condensation. Operating automatically off of the negative supplied by the exhaust fans eliminates the need for manual controls, cables or pulleys. Pressure washing is simple with the all plastic construction.

Actuated PVC Wall Inlets
PVC wall inlets are field cut to length on site allowing your system to be customized for a perfect fit every time. Panel dimensions are 1.5″ thick x 30″ tall x 24″ long. Actuated inlets’ open status is usually controlled by pre-programmed electronic controllers for better accuracy and better control of the ventilation system.

Non-Actuated Wall Inlets
Non-actuated inlets are opened automatically by the negative static pressure supplied by the exhaust fans.

BIL3000/4000 Air Inlets

The BIL 3000 and 4000 inlets are second stage shutter type air inlets to be used in hallway to room application. As second stage inlets, they do not open until the first stage ceiling inlets are at optimal operation. When these inlets are opened, air is directed upward, then graduallt moves horizontally.

Automatic Wall Inlets

These 1250 CFM inlets are molded of touch plastic for long life, operate automatically by negative pressure and required little attention from the operator. The system consists of two parts; the outside hood and the inside balanced door. When the system fans are operating, the inside unit opens automatically to provide required circulation. A second door is provided for latching closed during winter. Both inside and outside parts are designed to secure directly to the building walls.

Auto-Air Actuator

The Auto-Air Actuator gives precise control of automated air inlets and baffles. This powerful unit features 24″ of travel and 600 pound lift capacity. The corrosion-resistant galvanized frame and water-resistant junction box allows for simple installation in a variety of applications. The actuators internal potentiometer communicates with any Airstream control through the PF-6 and Auto-Air Actuator, which work together to adjust to the correct air inlet position for all stages of ventilation. This provides optimum environmental control.

PF-6 and Potentiometer
The PF-6 control, when combined with a baffle system, opens a whole new set of doors in the air inlet arena. The PF-6 controls a power drive unit by temperature, not static pressure. This allows for a great deal more versatility and better temperature control differential in different zones within large rooms. Inlets can also travel to preset positions throughout the different fan stages. This state-of-the-art precision is very economical, yet has the accuracy needed to handle the most critical situations.
